Job Descriptions

Job Summary:
As the Chef De Cuisine you will assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single food & beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 

Qualifications:
• Bags of stamina and you enjoy the fast pace of working in a kitchen.
• You also need to be able to stay calm and work as part of a team during a frenetic service.
• As head of your section, you need to be confident enough to manage the Commis Chefs working with you - and to give them clear instructions. 
• Completion of Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary, you will have at least 3 years' experience in leading a Team in a fine dining setting; specializing in Mediterranean Cuisine.
